Meineke Car Care Center

I’m very pleased with them being up front about the work needed to be done and their pricing is great. I’ve had a hard time finding a someone I can trust with my car. I’ll definitely be back. Zack and Brandon are great!

DO NOT GO HERE BEYOND THURSDAY. They will have your car until Monday afternoon. Usually my go to place but never again. I was told my work vehicle’s oil change would be done by the end of the day that I dropped it off (Saturday morning). I called the number to get an update on the vehicle and whoever answered said they were closed, but re-open Sunday morning (they are not open on Sunday) I lost the entire day of Saturday’s wages, the entire day of Sunday, and had to take a personal day off from work that Monday so that I wouldn’t lose my job because of Meineke. The manager Christine was polite, friendly, spoke in language that a female could understand. The crew Where knowledgeable in what they were looking at, and gave me a very honest opinion on what I should. I was there to get my air conditioner fixed. My brakes looked at and an oil change. The AC was fine, & the brakes didn’t need replaced. I was very happy with the service.

He gave me a great price on 2 new tires but said he probably couldn't get them until Monday. We needed it done today and within 30 minutes he called me back and said that one is his guys was going to go pick the tires up to install today. He also recommended new brakes soon, and we knew thi…

Turns out the mechanic replacing parts didn’t even tighten the water pump properly leading it to a few loose bolts and the belt completely being shredded. They offered to fix it and even pay for the tow fees of bringing it back to the lot. This was satisfactory for me until today where I received the call that they were denying any …
