Called 6 places around. Was told could I could get in right away for tire patch. Then told 20 min to get it done so I said sounds good. 20 min later they ask where wheel lock key is… 45 min later I ask if it’s almost done. She says yes he is putting tire on now. 20 min after that I was able to pay. So not a great experience. I was in a hurry they said they could do it. I trusted them and turns out it took 4 times longer than they said.

Had my breaks fixed cost $644.00, my daughter had the same repair for $350. . supposed to have new rotters and pads. Had them looked at by another mechanic because they are still grinding and he said they just slapped cheap pads on old rotters and I know if you put pads on old rotters, they tear up. I have black junk all over the hubcaps, because they are tearing up. so I took the van back to them and they said your problem is your control arms. They never said anything was wrong with my control arms on my van the first time. Do not trust them, they over charge and try to add on more charge on. They are trying to get $ 3,000. More. While I had a good experience with Meineke several years ago (different location) I am sorely disappointed and feel completely ripped off by this place after putting thousands of dollars into my vehicle because I needed it back quickly and still owed on it. Meineke made a stressful situation worse by not doing the repairs properly, which did not come to my attention until I took it to another, smaller mechanic who said it appeared the turbo and catalytic converter (things Meineke just recently repaired a few months ago) were not installed correctly. I knew it had a small oil leak, but it started to smell increasingly worse and by the time I got it looked at, it was past the warranty date for…

My AC in my vehicle stopped working summer of 2024 and I took it in to see what the issue was. Come to find out I needed a new compressor, but I knew I needed to get it done! Nicole was awesome in making sure they could have it done same day, while also educating me on what else my car would need in the future. Bill was wonderful as well! Recommended I begin taking my car to them for oil changes and such to make sure I’m being taken care of. Really great experience!

I am one happy customer My entire experience has been consistently amazing I was treated with kindness respect and care! I was kept informed on what was happening through out the whole process up until it was time to pick up my car.
