Met some great employees of meineke. From the front desk to employees who were the Mechanic. The particular person was Kory. He was full of information about the repairs to my car and a couple of others I had Suspected but was unsure. This was very helpful for me to make the decision with how much the cost and how long it will take. I was very happy with my decision. Great people.

Excellent service! On our way home from a basketball tournament the alternator decided to go out in our truck, we were 2 hours from home. Fortunately, we were able to make it into the Meineke parking lot. The staff was super helpful and most importantly empathetic. They got us back on the road within a couple of hours. My car was leaking anti freeze from the radiator. I had to take the my car back up there on 3 separate occasions, 2 at the same location and 1 at a new location that did the work and actually repaired the issue. They track mud on my floor and on the door on driver side My steering wheel is dirty and I had $5 in the door and it's gone! They said we couldn't fix the horn you can come get it. My husband had to ask is that the only option and then they mentioned other options 2 actually. They were nice though.
