They are very quick and honest. No b.s. and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

The Worst Experience Ever! I walked in wanting to get Custom exhaust and didn’t care bout the price but wanted to go over my options & was met with hostility from rude workers who talked down to you The two guys working were so rude. There was zero customer service. Asked “how’s your day” which was followed by “give me your keys” Very rude & no customer service. Go somewhere else. This is not the place.

I called today to get an estimate over the phone. I hope the guy who answered was just having a bad day because he was extremely rude. It takes the same amount of time to be nice that it takes to be rude. There is no way that I would consider doing business with Ralph's if this is the way they treat customers on the phone.

I went in today to get an estimate on exhaust work. The previous owner of my car may have put it on himself. It looked really bad. I came in right before close just hoping they’d give me an estimate. They wouldn’t be able to order parts but said they would realign for $100, and that they could do it today. I gave the go ahead and they made it look so much better! When I got the bill they only charged $60. Well worth it. I assumed I’d have to get a new exhaust. Before and after pics attached. Very happy with the results! Now that 2k I saved for exhaust can go into other projects! I keep adding captions to the photos but they aren’t saving. You should be able to tel the before and after pic…
