I called today to get an estimate over the phone. I hope the guy who answered was just having a bad day because he was extremely rude. It takes the same amount of time to be nice that it takes to be rude. There is no way that I would consider doing business with Ralph's if this is the way they treat customers on the phone.

I went in today to get an estimate on exhaust work. The previous owner of my car may have put it on himself. It looked really bad. I came in right before close just hoping they’d give me an estimate.
