As a manager of a retail pharmacy, I understand sometimes you have to bite the bullet and fix mistakes that are made. That is just basic customer care. The store manager, Eric at this location went above and beyond and has helped me resolve two mistakes that his location didn't even make. That is a total different level of care that you don't see very much of anymore. I couldn't have asked for better care or customer service during these issues than what I have found with this location. They have definitely earned all future business with me and my family.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Discounters. I came in for what should have been a simple tire service, but the entire process was frustrating and poorly managed. The wait times were far longer than promised, the communication was minimal, and I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, I felt upsold on services I didn’t need without a clear explanation. Customer service really needs improvement — especially when it comes to transparency and time management. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Jaun is the GOAT at this location and it should be his location. The so called manager is a joke and told me he didn't have to tell me I had a bad tie rod prior to throwing new tires on and telling me I won't get my free alignment instead of telling me he couldn't do the alignment before taking my money I watched the manager and tech discussing something at the said tire but couldn't tell me, and didn't have to, but a professional would have. All in all Juan made up for it and should be promoted for the professionalism he's shown the few times I've been there.

First time visiting after long relationships with another provider that was unable to assist aligning my truck. Several other shops did nothing but waste a day of my time. I called and discussed my needs, was instructed to bring it by, discussed the job and price, then received a call mush earlier than expected stating the work was complete. Price was good abut the service was exceptional...thanks
