Where do I begin from when I made an appointment for my wife’s vehicle and also for mine. We both bought new vehicles here from Tom Wood and both was given a “Free” oil change . Now my new truck already had a recall as well and since I needed to schedule the recall and called to schedule and was originally informed recall work is not done on Saturday so just scheduled my wife’ “Free” oil change for Saturday. Called our local Ford dealer to get my truck scheduled for the recall and they did not call me back to schedule. So call Tom Wood to schedule for a weekday and then was informed that I could get the recall done on a Saturday so since already had the wife’s scheduled went ahead and schedu…

I’ve been working with Greg for over 10 years and have purchased many cars with him—including my most recent Mustang, and every experience has been outstanding. Had a really nice experience with Joshua in the service department at Tom Wood Ford. I wasn't prepared for the long wait time, but Joshua kept checking on me, offering transportation if I needed and giving me updates. While the service took some time, the check in and check out process was quick and easy. I’ll definitely go back for my next round of service.

TWF came to my house to fix a warranty item and change my oil while I worked from home. You can’t beat that for convenience and customer service! It was also incredibly refreshing to speak to friendly and live people when scheduling. I’ve dealt with other 5 Star dealerships around Hamilton County and after the experience, wondered how the received that designation. TWF is a true 5 Star!

Took 2 days instead of one day to complete the replacement of my drivers side rear window. I picked it up over lunch and didn’t have time to go back in and complain about the issue the sticker was left on the window in an area where it was next to impossible to remove. After 30 minutes of working on it I was able to get the sticker removed and the window washed and clean as it should have been! I took the picture attached to the text chain from the service contact in which I never heard back. Sadly, I would not recommend using Tom Wood Ford
