Had a really nice experience with Joshua in the service department at Tom Wood Ford. I wasn't prepared for the long wait time, but Joshua kept checking on me, offering transportation if I needed and giving me updates. While the service took some time, the check in and check out process was quick and easy. I’ll definitely go back for my next round of service.

TWF came to my house to fix a warranty item and change my oil while I worked from home. You can’t beat that for convenience and customer service! It was also incredibly refreshing to speak to friendly and live people when scheduling. I’ve dealt with other 5 Star dealerships around Hamilton County and after the experience, wondered how the received that designation. TWF is a true 5 Star!

Took 2 days instead of one day to complete the replacement of my drivers side rear window. I picked it up over lunch and didn’t have time to go back in and complain about the issue the sticker was left on the window in an area where it was next to impossible to remove.
