Tony was knowledgeable and practical. He helped me evaluate whether or not to investigate a minor issue that intermittently occurred. Tony also pointed out that I had loyalty points available which I did not know. Thanks for a great service expert!

First time Subaru owner, so it is also my first time 6 month 6,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Tony Varcak is our Service Advisor and he was very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain every step of the extensive checklist process that would take place to make sure our Subaru was in the absolute best working condition. Was met in a prompt and friendly manner as soon as I drove in. Joe handled my windshield repair process. He is very friendly and professional - knows his stuff! When my car was ready, I was notified, and again received super quick response upon arrival. Work was completed perfectly and the car was cleaned! I had just returned from vacation so that cleaning was particularly great timing. Would definitely recommend Tom Wood Subaru service!

Eric was my service advisor. He was great helped me out getting my car looked at and once we figured out the issue. He worked with my warranty company to get their part of it paid.
