Great service... but didn't like that I made my appointment to get my AC fixed and it took a month to get in. Also in waiting for the appointment my factory warranty expired by 2 miles. Toby was the best service writer I have ever encountered. We had a broken wheel on our brand new Odyssey while driving across Indiana. Toby went well beyond any expectations in getting a wheel shipped in and making it a priority to get us on our way as soon as possible. If I lived in Indy I would be going to Penske and asking for Toby!!

I came here to complete a warranty repair, and was really impressed by the team! They really seemed to value their jobs and made sure I had a good way to reach them. The complimentary shuttle was so nice!

I use this service every time I need maintenance, whether it's oil changes, tire rotations, etc., but I only give it four stars because I think the service charge is more expensive than other places. The service at the waiting area is all good except the price. The staffs are excellent. It's just the price that I really want them to lower the price a bit.
