Car shopping is not my favorite pastime, but Justin made it a great experience! My previous car was a Nissan Versa and I loved it. Decided to get a Nissan Rogue for my first NEW car purchase and I’m loving it!

Was in on a Saturday afternoon (4150 East 96th Street) just to check on appointment times. Service consultant Adrian Owen’s professional attitude and information was outstanding! Got me in right then. Was told at another Nissan dealer’s service department “there is no filter in the transmission…which I knew wasn’t correct…service was so good from Adrian I decided to do a couple more things while there.

Kiel and the team were absolutely amazing! As a first-time car buyer, I expected the process to be stressful — but Kiel made it genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly personable, professional, and truly listened to what I wanted. Most importantly, he was never pushy, which made the entire experience feel easy and pressure-free. Of course, buying a car means navigating features, pricing, and financing — and that can be overwhelming. But Kiel, Darrel, Keith, and the rest of the team made it seamless.
