Went in the middle of the day to replace headlight, but I couldn't get the bulb to fit. Neither person working knew how to help and refused to help. Returned the item and left. Went next door and the bulb was cheaper and they helped me put it in.

Advance Auto is pretty cool is more expensive than AutoZone but less expensive than O'Reilly's

This location is nice and clean. The staff is attentive and quickly helped me find which break lights I need. Since my break lights keep burning out due to a short I haven’t been able to fix in a different area of my car, they recommended the warranty on them. I hadn’t thought about a warranty on bulbs, but since I go through two - three sets a year it is logical. Thank you for the help.

I came to AAP needing a new battery. The old battery was in bad shape, but Jim was able to get it out, helped me pick out a new one, and got the new one installed. Very pleased with how everything went! Jim was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered parts online that were an 'exact fit' after putting in all my vehicle info and they weren't. It happens. But the clerks' response instead of 'lets figure out why that happened' was 'what did you do that for?'... Just following your own website man, big yikes.
