Absolutely terrible experience with K&K Automotive. They had my van for three weeks and we were left completely in the dark the entire time. No one ever called us back when they said they would — we were constantly told, “We’ll call you in 10 minutes”, and then days would go by with zero communication. We had to chase them down every time just to find out what was going on. They never gave us a price, never explained what they were doing, and then out of nowhere told us it would be $1400–$1500, even though someone else there had just quoted $900–$1000 the day before. Worst of all, they admitted they diagnosed the van in one day, which means it sat there for weeks while we were forced to…

I highly recommend K & K Automotive Inc. I went in for A/C repair. Mr. Kenneth and his team took great care of me. He explained exactly what was wrong with my car in a way that was easy to understand. The service was fast and the price was fair. Now my air condition work perfectly again just in time for this 90° weather. I will definitely be coming back to K & K Automative INC. for future repairs.

Had a mechanic not far from Ken for years. Spent thousands there on all our vehicles Had an AC issue after that mechanic replaced a compressor etc for $1900. When this problem occurred he refused to look at it without an appointment a month down the road. Called Ken, he let me drop it off same day. Fixed it as explained and at a very competitive, fair price. We will never go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.

Ken was very easy to work with. He was trying to find an intermittent issue on my vehicle. It gave me plenty of suggestions of what the problem might be. Plus did some additional diagnostics.
