I needed ac recharge I got ac recharge. There are a couple super star employees there. Rigo rocks- customer service and knowledge was on point and he helped me change my tail light like a pro!

Dropped off an motorcycle battery about 30 mins before close. Employee told me he was going to put it on a trickle charger and to come back the next day to pick it up. Next day came and told the employee my name and asked him to test the battery and their tester said the battery was bad. He was very helpful and looked in their system to see if they had another of the same battery. He apologized when he couldn't find one but gave me the price they usually go for and gave me some alternative places to look. All in all square business I'll be back.

I came in on a rainy day needing to replace my wipers. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted & given help finding the right sizes. Then I got a quick & friendly installation. Appreciate it!

Had a great experience today at Advance! Super friendly and helpful staff, lots of options, didn’t feel at all like they only wanted me to buy the most expensive part. The parts were significantly cheaper than my mechanic quoted me, and they have a free battery replacement service. They even changed my cabin filter for free even though it’s not a listed service. In the process, we found that my glove compartment had been damaged by Jiffy Lube and they completely removed it to fix it for me. Advanced care about the customers and aren’t only interested in the profit. Happy customer, definitely returning.

This was my first time ever getting assistance from team members in an Auto Mechanic Store. That is worthy to be celebrated. A warm environment and outstanding, impeccable customer service were rendered. Shout out to Kaylee for representing your store in such a way that I'll only come here going forward for my auto mechanic needs!
