Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to Firestone to get a second opinion on a very expensive repair that was recommended by a Toyota dealership. The shop manager, Myk and mechanic, John inspected my SUV and determined the repair was not needed. I am grateful for their honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend this business for automotive repairs.

Refused to sell me a tire. Without looking at the condition of the tires on my vehicle, which were all near new, they refused to replace my flat tire because the car is all wheel drive. So I drove around the corner to a different tire store where they ordered me one straight away. I'm not sure why a person here would refuse to sell someone a tire with zero other knowledge, but they did. Wouldn't waste my time here, they're just trying to sell you more than you need. A smarter salesperson would have sold me a tire, or at least went and looked at the condition of my tires.

Gabe was awesome and managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day for an alignment and new tire. I really appreciate the extra time and effort to get my problem resolved. Also, AZ was helpful in walking me through the adjustments he made. I'll be back! Thanks!

Wheel balancing wasn’t done right. Found a vibration in the car when driving so did a wheel balancing there, the issue still exists after balancing... Went to the dealer to do it again, and the issue was resolved. They persuaded me to get a warranty on the wheel balancing, now I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back to let them do it
