Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to Firestone to get a second opinion on a very expensive repair that was recommended by a Toyota dealership. The shop manager, Myk and mechanic, John inspected my SUV and determined the repair was not needed. I am grateful for their honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend this business for automotive repairs.

Refused to sell me a tire. Without looking at the condition of the tires on my vehicle, which were all near new, they refused to replace my flat tire because the car is all wheel drive. Wheel balancing wasn’t done right. Found a vibration in the car when driving so did a wheel balancing there, the issue still exists after balancing... Went to the dealer to do it again, and the issue was resolved. They persuaded me to get a warranty on the wheel balancing, now I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back to let them do it
