I couldn’t get my license plate screw undone. They were able to get it off and replace it for me quickly and for a cheap price. Their customer service is 10/10. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.

We had brake issues while on vacation. Most repair shops are closed on Sundays, but Firestone was open and able to get us in and back on the road! The staff was so friendly and informative and even went above and beyond to recommend places nearby for us to eat while they worked on our car. We were very pleased with the service!
