Firestone Complete Auto Care

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this company. On Saturday, August 8th, around 7:30 a.m., my husband and I visited Firestone seeking assistance for a small bump on our tire. As we were unfamiliar with the area, we chose this location expecting to receive help. Instead, we encountered two employees who were distracted, watching YouTube on their phones and engaged in casual conversation. While one of them greeted my husband, their dismissive attitude was unacceptable when he explained our situation. We were told they were fully booked and could not assist us, yet no alternative solutions were offered—no opportunity to schedule an appointment or even basic professional advice …

After needing a brake inspection I decided to look up places that can do a good service. I remembered Firestone in Speedway years ago was the place to go, i looked up Good Ole Bridgestone/ Firestone operation hours I Arrived at 7:09 am . what a disappointment the first minute of talking to the counter personnel I was deeply overwhelmed with nothing but disappointment he gave me so many different reasons to as why he can't provide me with a service. What a shameful loss to a location that has always gave good service to now .

Wow... where do I start. My wife took my 2015 Yukon Denali in early yesterday morning. We're from out of state and needed a tire. First, the only tire they had in stock was their most expensive offering for my vehicle. The guy that quoted me said they "might" be able get me a lower cost tire, but I'd be waiting for hours. So I opted for the quick expensive tires (replaced both fronts) . Then he said I could use an alignment....he said it would take 30 minutes. If I can give them zero stars I will I usually change my car oil myself but on a specific day I didn’t have time and had to be on the road so I said let me take it here to do a oil change should’ve known they was on BS when the technician told me they need to order a special oil for my car 🤦🏾‍♂️ long story short oil didn’t even get changed and on top of that drove the car across state got to my destination parked went to sleep woke up the next morning oil spill all over the floor open the engine bay oil everywhere come to find out they didn’t tighten my oil filter and now my car messed up and they won’t even give me a refund never again worse experience ever

I was at the store and asked for service for my vehicle. A person attended to me and just looked at me and started discriminating against me. When I finished the vehicle service, he treated me badly just for asking if my vehicle was in good condition. He just threw the documentation at me and I asked him why his attitude. He started arguing and treated me in a discriminatory manner, so much so that he told me to leave the place.
