There's a reason I never go to zoo and I was reminded why on this last trip. Their sales people barely speak English and the know absolutely NOTHING! I needed an alternator belt for a Maserati. I called ahead of time and was told they had one. I got there and it seemed to be terribly long. The lady I spoke with barely spoke English. I should have walked out but parts for this car are hard to find locally. I asked if they were sure it was the correct belt. Another associate confirmed it. I still had my reservations but left with it. Guess what? That's right, it was the wrong belt. As a result, these people cost me money. I ended up needing to have the car towed. If they had an ounc…

Been coming to this autozone for easily 10 years. Went in sometime within the last 7-14 days when it was cold and snowing to purchase some windshield wipers. Everytime I have purchased them the employees have installed them, so I asked the guy who was helping me if he could install them and his face changed and said “yeah” so he proceeded to ask me what vehicle it was for, after all he did was tell me to go get the sizes he told me, I looked for them myself came back and he said it was the wrong ones and sighed and finally went to get em himself. He comes back rings me up and proceeds to start telling me how to install them and I asked him if he could help and install them for me like always…

I went in to price a head light bulb and the salesman came out to make sure that the bulb he looked up was the right bulb which it was for one of my other lights and once he matched it ended up being a different bulb . Installed it for me and everything. It took less than 10 mins. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I got told my taillights were out, raced to the only open store. Got here 3 mins to closing and the employee was locking the doors as I was parking and waved me off saying they were closed. I’m going to be very upset if I get a ticket on the way to work in the dark in the morning or end up getting in any type of accident. Terrible customer service.
