Been coming to this autozone for easily 10 years. Went in sometime within the last 7-14 days when it was cold and snowing to purchase some windshield wipers. I went in to price a head light bulb and the salesman came out to make sure that the bulb he looked up was the right bulb which it was for one of my other lights and once he matched it ended up being a different bulb . Installed it for me and everything. It took less than 10 mins. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I got told my taillights were out, raced to the only open store. Got here 3 mins to closing and the employee was locking the doors as I was parking and waved me off saying they were closed. I’m going to be very upset if I get a ticket on the way to work in the dark in the morning or end up getting in any type of accident. Terrible customer service.
