Ray Skillman Northeast GMC

I love working with a company where they take accountability for their actions. I’m not saying there’s something wrong with the company. I just had a small issue and I was able to speak with Chris the leasing agent who understood my frustration professionally. He continue to apologize for The issue at hand, that reassured me that they actually really do take care of their customers and that they truly care. Again, Chris Thank you for your support and thank you for taking the time to accommodate me

My wife and I been dealing with ray Skillman for a few years now and they have always, Not Once, Not Twice, Not Three Times,But 4 times Yes 4…….And they say the 3 rd time is the Charm…. No…!!! The 4th Time is the Charm..!!!. And yes my baby and I found our Charm…. LOVE YOU GUYS…..Ray Skills……That’s what y’all should Re:name it because the right people have the right SKILLS to get you what you want…!!!!!!!!

I went in needing a new vehicle & walked out with a new vehicle that had way more options than I expected and newer than my last. 3 days later I took my significant other to get a new vehicle and walked out in just as good of a mood as I did the first time!!! If anyone decides they need a new vehicle, definitely go and talk to Errin or Levi and just tell them Jason Bennett sent you!!! You will be more than satisfied when you leave the lot!!! Have a wonderful day everyone!!!!

The staff at this establishment were exceptional. I did not experience any pressure or rush throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location. The General Manager demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and ensured that my requirements for the ideal vehicle were met. The Sales and Leasing Professional, Elizah, was approachable and collaborative. I recommend him to anyone seeking a new vehicle without the customary forced sales approach. He was prompt and provided comprehensive answers to all inquiries. I definitely will be purchasing future vehicles from this location.

I have used Ray Skillman for 20+ years and this was one of the best experiences. John my salesman awesome, Jared the same professionalism as given so many years ago. Thank you so much guys you are superb.
