Got approved online, then drive all the way from Kokomo, In like 1hr30mins, got there an was treated horrible didnt even try to help me, they said they had a fantastic sale which was a bunch of crap, i will never go back to them

Great communication throughout. Work was completed quickly and for the price estimated. Several recommendations for additional work indicated that they could be put off for a while longer - no pressure to get them done now. Service advisor followed up with me after the weekend regarding a question I had asked about a software update I didn’t know had been completed. Waiting area is clean and comfortable with free coffee and nice vending machines. Altogether, the best service experience I’ve ever had in my 50+ years of car ownership!

I was in the service center a few days ago and my experience was awful. I purchased my vehicle which was a 2018 Chrysler PACIFICA, from Bob Rhorman Indy Auto a year ago. Since then, I have had both of my headlights replaced multiple times and no one wants to hold themselves accountable or back up and repair any service or work that has been done with them. Why am I still having issues with my headlights and they expect for me to pay for issues they keep creating. Every time I go back to the service center something else is wrong that was not before. Ernesto and Elena took care of me. It took a long time to analyze the problem but they supplied a loaner so I wasn’t without a vehicle at all. Every time I stopped by, they took the time to explain where they were in the repair. Thanks again for great service.
