FYI, Midas is a full service location they take care of everything that is needed pertaining to your vehicle. My husband and I were extremely happy and satisfied with customer service the cleanness of the location the hospitality and is also a Christian base company for those who care like I do, they’re good with children if you come there with your kids excellent with assistance very informative. not a very welcoming environment, when i dropped my car off the guy wasn’t very friendly, also, i’m an adult female and when i picked it up the man at the counter asked if there was someone else he should relay the information to instead of me even though it’s my vehicle and the appointment was under my name??

We had a problem with our brake repair and it did some damage to the wheel. I brought the car in and Lucas took care of everything no questions asked! They stood behind their work and they kept their word. HUGE kudos to Lucas and the Midas crew. Thank you for doing what’s right and doing it well.

I had a series of unfortunate events at this location. I was told my vehicle would be ready the same day, but they waited until 5:45pm, 15 minutes before closing to call as say that it wouldn’t be ready for pick up. The next day they told me I couldn’t pick up my vehicle after 5:30pm because it takes them 30 minutes to close and that would be inconvenient for them. They close at 6pm. I arrived at 7:20am to pick up my vehicle when they opened, 2 days later, to sit in their parking lot for 30 minutes until someone arrived to open the shop. They stated traffic was the reason they were late, but I drive the same route and there was none. I find it weird that they couldn’t allow me to pick up my …
