not a very welcoming environment, when i dropped my car off the guy wasn’t very friendly, also, i’m an adult female and when i picked it up the man at the counter asked if there was someone else he should relay the information to instead of me even though it’s my vehicle and the appointment was under my name??

We had a problem with our brake repair and it did some damage to the wheel. I brought the car in and Lucas took care of everything no questions asked! They stood behind their work and they kept their word. HUGE kudos to Lucas and the Midas crew. Thank you for doing what’s right and doing it well.

I had a series of unfortunate events at this location. I was told my vehicle would be ready the same day, but they waited until 5:45pm, 15 minutes before closing to call as say that it wouldn’t be ready for pick up. The next day they told me I couldn’t pick up my vehicle after 5:30pm because it takes them 30 minutes to close and that would be inconvenient for them. They close at 6pm. I arrived at …
