On line scheduling process was very poor. One would assume that the dates and times presented to the customer to choose from are those that are available, but apparently not so. Customer has to wait for a return email for confirmation. Then , when I got my confirmation email and presented at the appointed date and time, the shop did not have me on their schedule for that day but rather in that time slot on the following day. The service writer at the shop did work me in but I was at the shop for 1 1/2 hours rather that the 30 minutes I should have been.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Xpress Pro Tire and Auto Castleton. The customer service was great, the price for my repair was fair, and I did not have to wait very long. They did a great job on my wheel alignment.

I came to this auto shop with the hope of finding honest, professional service after past experiences where I felt I had been racially profiled or taken advantage of by other mechanics. When speaking with one of the staff, I shared how racism in previous establishments had led to financial losses and questionable repairs. I felt that, due to the diversity of this shop’s staff, I could be open about that past and maybe find a place I could trust. I want to make it clear: I am not racist, nor do I assume negative intent based on anyone’s background. But like many people of color, I often feel safer sharing sensitive experiences with individuals who I believe may relate to or understand them. …

Anthony is always compassionate, fair and informative. The gentlemen that work on the cars are always very nice and respectful and informative as well. I have been back multiple times for various issues with my car and each time has been a pleasant experience, even though I’m dealing with car problems.

I had an issue with my brakes. I dropped my car off at night. I called the next morning to see if they would be able to look at it. They looked at it right away. They let me know what was wrong. We discussed what needed to be done and pricing. They had it fixed that afternoon. It was a quick and easy process! Also great customer service. I'm happy I chose this place.
