Excellent customer service. They were very nice and pleasant. I would refer any one to them.
It was a Sunday and most tire shops are closed. I called to see if they were open and they were! The service was quick and reasonably priced.
I recently visited Meza Rodriguez Tire Shop after being assured over the phone that the tire I needed was in stock. I drove 30 minutes to the shop, only to be told, after waiting for 20 minutes, that the tire had just been sold. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the language barriers and the lack of clear communication. I would not recommend this place to others due to their poor customer service.
