Very good attention. I have gone twice and the car is always delivered as clean new inside. And on the outside, nowhere have I seen them do that, and I like that. The car comes out clean as new and well-fixed. Thank you

The service was initially good; however, after I picked up my car when repairs were completed, I discovered and notified Caliber of a defective part. Caliber promised to replace the defective part but they have failed to communicate, it's been almost two months and the needed follow-up serviced has not been provided. I am updating my review. After becoming aware of my review, Caliber was responsive. The staff made extra efforts to secure the part needed for my car and also worked with my insurance company to assure the cost was covered.

Wonderfull!! I can’t say enough good things about the way my repairs were handled. I was kept updated at each step and then my car was ready ahead of time!!

If you want CLEAR communication from the start, and your service handled in TIMELY fashion, please consider another shop. At the time I dropped my car off for service, I was told it would be about a week until my car was ready. That was on April 10th. My vehicle was supposed to be ready today. I called and inquired when I still had not heard anything only to then be told it will be an additional NINE days until my car is ready. It will be close to a full month I've gone without a vehicle. Very little care or consideration from the staff about how this has impacted me. Poor communication and customer service from Caliber Collision.

I'm very pleased with the vehicle repairs performed by Caliber Collision. They were friendly and communicated very well throughout the entire process, and I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my vehicle. They washed it clean inside and out, and it looked amazing!
