Belle Tire

They mess with you and try to act "all cutesy." They definitely take advantage of and manipulate women. I do not trust them at all. Every. Single. Time. That I go in, they say one thing is wrong and will fix the issue, but then...... "bad news" and more is found to be wrong and doublely expensive parts and repair needs to be done. Literally. Every time.

I had a flat tire and brought my car to Belle Tire in Lawrence, Indiana. I showed up around 10 minutes before closing time and asked if they could fix it. I spoke with Anthony who was very nice and checked my tire out that was flat and said they could repair it. I asked how much it would cost and they said free! The guys there had my car fixed in less than fifteen minutes! I had driven my car to do a side job earlier that day and only made a couple hundred dollars and when I came outside after finishing up work that’s when I noticed my tire was flat. I was trying to stay positive while bracing for how much my pocket would take a hit. Needless to say, Anthony and the guys at Belle Tire …

Clarence was absolutely amazing, he’s the assistant manager, I highly recommend going to him. I had been to a different belle tire on Southport road for years and was ready to give up on belle tire. Clarence changed my mind, I will always go to him. Very transparent about what needs to be done with the vehicles, goes over pricing and I can confidently say he’s the most transparent/trustworthy person I have ever had work on my car. Thank you!

Got my brakes changed and they messed up my air conditioning so I had to take it back, they fixed it but just said “oh that’s weird” when I tried to describe it. Then my husband got his brakes changed the next week and was told “oh how weird” when his key fob wouldn’t unlock or start his car. We tried to call them and they kept him on hold before just ending the call on him. Maybe this is why the car was returned 30 minutes before closing time but didn’t appreciate how they never came back on the line to help him or tell him to drop it off again. Second time they’ve messed up something besides what they’re working on.

I come in this location at 7:45 pm and they close at 8:00pm! They were quick to help me. My tire light came on and I was thinking the worse! A few minutes later the technician came In and was told there was a nail and it got patched for FREE! What a way to save the day! Thank you BELLE TIRE! I was worried they would blow me off being they was 15 minutes from close!
