Great customer service! I will be bringing my semis here for any tire needs for my feet down in Indianapolis!

I went to this tire shop to get an alignment done on my truck. The customer service was good, but the alignment wasn’t done properly. After the service, I noticed damage to my tire. When I called them, they asked me to come back. I returned, and they tried to fix it again. They said there was a problem with the machine calibration. After that, they re-did the alignment and told me it was fixed. However, after around 5000 miles, the tire showed signs of damage again. I’m including a picture to show what happened. Now I have to buy a new tire and get another alignment because of the damage caused. This has cost me extra time and money, which is very frustrating.

Nicest people in the industry. Bar none ! Call ahead if possible. If you pull up and see technicians working on something and you think they are ignoring you ? They're not. They're just very very busy and focused. Don't expect the technicians to walk up to your vehicle. You'll need to call ahead or make contact with them inside and they IMMEDIATELY assign someone to any need you might have. FREE AIR !
