I went to this tire shop to get an alignment done on my truck. The customer service was good, but the alignment wasn’t done properly. After the service, I noticed damage to my tire. When I called them, they asked me to come back. I returned, and they tried to fix it again. They said there was a problem with the machine calibration. After that, they re-did the alignment and told me it was fixed. …
Nicest people in the industry. Bar none ! Call ahead if possible. If you pull up and see technicians working on something and you think they are ignoring you ? They're not. They're just very very busy and focused. Don't expect the technicians to walk up to your vehicle. You'll need to call ahead or make contact with them inside and they IMMEDIATELY assign someone to any need…
