Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

I went to this Speedco to get an oil change for my truck and a trailer DOT inspection. I failed the inspection because of trailer dock bumper. I replace a new dock bumper new one you can see the picture at the bottom. What lazy ass people…. their website say they close 10 pm but got here at 9:30 pm as soon as i pulled up the guy ran to the garage door to close it nd started yelling we closed even went to office nd the guy at the desk said the same thing all i needed one trailer’s tire replaced it’s ridiculous seems like workers down here dont wanna work

I live here in Indy, I was yelled at, were extremely rude and aggressive by one of the Repair Bay mechanics, and the guy who took care of my check-in didn't even care about his job. I waited for over an hour, and finally after being yelled at by the Repair Mechanic. I didn't want him working on anything that is in my possession. I literally just left this place. Every guy I dealt with was respectful, friendly and professional. I'm satisfied with the service received and the care and treatment of my truck. I'm not sure where the bad reviews come from, but I would return to this location.
