Amazing... no im not a paid review guy but I was at discount tire... horrible. People at counters are liars. Called here. Got an appointment for a tire patch up... gone in 20 minutes... place is amazing and well priced.

appointments & time mean nothing at this location. i dropped my vehicle off at 8am for a 9am appointment with a 2 hour job. With no update after two hours i call and find they hadn’t started my car yet. if i were a walk in customer and not assured a 2 hour job, this would be acceptable. the wrong expectations were set & the lack of care in employees’ response did not rectify this. while i …

Called late this morning about an alignment after replacing my tie rod ends, was able to get a 3pm appt same day. Got there a few minutes early, and my truck was done by 3:15pm! Great, friendly service, and they took time to explain to me the adjustments that had been needed. Gonna be my go-to place from now on!

Danny, Mandy and team were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I had my brakes and rotors changed. Very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Thanks for your help and taking good care of my car!

I bought a car at Mecum the other day, the car had tires that were 29 years old, called Mandy she got me all fixed up with 4 new tires early that afternoon . In and out in about an hour , highly recommend this location in Indy . I have high standards as I worked for Best One for over 40 years with Southern Indiana group . Great experience!!!
