Best-One of Indy

Trustworthy, honest, and they do the job right at a fair price. I love these guys except for the fact they are so busy and often need to book repair visit > 1 week out. Ron and Brandon are the best. I like doing my own maintenance when I can, but when I can't, this is where I go!

Always have a great experience with Ron and his team. Have used this location for over 40 years, from Sheid to Indy to now Best One. Keep up the good work.

Ron and Brandon always provide excellent service. There’s no need to look for another tire store, they truly provide 10 out of 10 service. Thoroughly answer ALL my questions and concerns.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Ron and Scott and their crew continue to amaze me with their kindness and honesty. Have learned it's best not to waste my time going elsewhere for a better quote. This crew is top notch and reliable and not shady like other places. Don't waste your time with anyone else, this is your new auto repair home.

Who ever heard of "No charge " at the repair shop Well, I did. Dropped my car for a tire repair. I thought at least a service fee or a new tire. The shop called to let me know I had a nail and they plugged it. No charge. They inspected the other tires and noticed Indianapolis pothole damage that could wait till the potholes are filled in a few months. Honest!. Finally, all technicians were polite and cared about my satisfaction. Very nice!
