IU Hospital Parking Garage

Always easy in and out. Staff is their if you have problems with getting out. Never have a hard time finding a spot.

The meters are old and nightmarish. No response to my call for assistance. It did not even return my ticket. I was stuck. Only got out thanks to a kind doctor who used his own fob to get me out!

Easy access. Always places to park, of course the lower level fills up first. People find it difficult to pass up a parking spot, lol, when they see one they usually take. I can pass one up and hope for a little more room at a different parking spot. It's always worked for me, prevents getting dinged by the vehicle next to me. I've always been that way. The elevators to bridge across Michigan St to the hospital have NO SIGNAGE in them indicating that bridge is on THIRD FLOOR. Once across the bridge you are in the hospital on the SECOND FLOOR. The scanners at exit also lack signage and MANY people cannot figure it out. Counterintuitively the beam shoots downward from a small protrusion.

For the past four months, I have been receiving services from the IU School of Denistry. Twice now, I have become disoriented in the parking garage.
