Carlos is a G, fair pricing, quick service. If he’s got the parts in hand he can get you your car back in a day. I’ve found my mechanic here in Indy.
Great service! Carlos was very kind and knowledgeable, he replaced my starter in a couple of hours and charged $200 which was around what I was expecting ($150 or so with my own part). I had to wait with the car so he prioritized getting it done quickly which I appreciated. This was my first visit and I plan to return and it's much closer than my usual shop. I'll report back, but so far…
Carlos is incredible, efficient, kind, and embodies superb customer service. He was able to get my car fixed quicker than expected and at a reasonable price. If you see this do not hesitate to come to this auto shop!!!
