PFM Auto & Fleet – South

Just an all around great experience! The service that I needed wasn't really typical, and the service writer did a great job understanding what needed to be done and exactly how. He was courteous and kept me updated throughout the process. The service tech was also very thorough and professional. I have a Ram ProMaster 3500 and plan on having more maintenance done at PFM in the future.

Omg!!! Randy was the best, he knows how to listen and give great advice on different situations. I was going through it and not having a good week at all. Randy, made sure I was taking care of. The whole staff up there was amazing.

It's easy to write reviews when everything goes great. I think the reviews that matter are when things don't go so great, because that's where the mettle lies. The PFM South crew inherited me as a customer. I'd bought an engine through another PFM but moved south so any warranty work now goes to south.
