PFM Auto & Fleet – South

Just an all around great experience! The service that I needed wasn't really typical, and the service writer did a great job understanding what needed to be done and exactly how. He was courteous and kept me updated throughout the process. The service tech was also very thorough and professional. I have a Ram ProMaster 3500 and plan on having more maintenance done at PFM in the future.

Friendly people But: Didn’t take much time at all to find parts to make requested repairs Delivered vehicle 48-hours later to Louisville Kentucky truck repair shop who had the parts shipped within 72-hours needed to make the repair requested. Total invoice parts and labor was less than half that was estimated by PFM I’m quite sure there will be future repairs and would like to give PFM another opportunity. Thanks Doug Blair

Omg!!! Randy was the best, he knows how to listen and give great advice on different situations. I was going through it and not having a good week at all. Randy, made sure I was taking care of. The whole staff up there was amazing.

I honestly feel so upset and disgusted by the poor quality & lack of service we have received from this place when we originally took our vehicle in because it would not start and would not accelerate they gave us a diagnosis of what it was we paid to have it fixed first time after paying took our vehicle home and it was the same thing so we took it back and then they told us it's something else very unprofessional why wasn’t it diagnosed originally if this was the issue. Got charge the second time again. Supposedly technically it was something different even though that was part of the initial issue we brought here to get fixed. Third time as we left the next day vehicle turned off…

It's easy to write reviews when everything goes great. I think the reviews that matter are when things don't go so great, because that's where the mettle lies. The PFM South crew inherited me as a customer. I'd bought an engine through another PFM but moved south so any warranty work now goes to south. For what it's worth - the crew at PFM south is leagues above the other PFM- both technically and customer service wise. I've had two occasions to return for the warranty- one was an engine replacement after it was found to be faulty, and another repair that turned out to be unrelated. In both cases, I feel like the tech gave my vehicle his full attention and skill…
