A family member highly recommended Ron and Sons after being rear ended on our nissan Altima. They were so professional, and very easy to work with. I couldn't believe the price difference compared to a national chain. The job was done in a very quick time frame and exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't waste time anywhere else. Brought here after an accident and they did a good job getting everything repaired. There were a couple problems that they quickly fixed. I was relieved not to have to keep getting insurance approval. The insurance paid for repairs and the couple problems that arose, rons and sons handled quickly without any argument. The receptionist always called me back and was polite. Always answered my questions.

Had an accident in December, they were backed up and couldn’t get my car in til a month after my accident. They kept the car a month longer than they said. The receptionist was rude whenever I would call to get updates, and I could never get any information on the work done. They contacted my insurance company for another check without telling me. Awful customer service, there were times I couldn’t get anyone on the phone.
