Sean is awesome to work with. Very professional, courteous and above all honest. From the minute I contacted him, to the minute I received the inspection report Sean kept me up to date. The report came in very promptly after the inspection and was very easy to read and understand. If you are looking for a good, thorough inspection done and to give you piece of mind Sean is the guy. I highly recommend.

Sean was incredibly thorough and detailed in his inspection. He did a great job and made sure I understood his findings and report. With the holiday weekend, I was under a tight deadline. Sean was the only inspector willing to work over the weekend and make sure we met our required timeframe. I'm so glad it worked out this way, because he really is a great inspector. I would absolutely hire him again and will be recommending Indyspect to anyone I know who is going through the homebuying process.

I really appreciate the job Sean did inspecting my future home. He was thorough informative and answered all my question . I watched him check everything inside and outside the home from every cabinet door to the toilets to the caulking on the outside of the home. The job he did gives me the peace of mind when buying the property. I recommend to anyone who needs a home inspected to call Sean at Indyspect LLC you will be glad you did. Thanks Sean, your workmanship speaks for itself couldn't be more satisfied. Sincerely, Keith Allen Battson

Sean squeezed his schedule and was able to accommodate this tight timeline and did the house inspection at 4 pm that Saturday. The inspection was very thorough, including the general with sewer in scope and mold and radon tests. We spent ~ 4 hours total. Sean had adequate tools for the inspection. These include an infrared camera for detecting water leaks, a drone for checking roof shingle where the roof is too steep for in-person examination (Sean checked most of the roof in-person where it is safe to do so), …

I recently had a home inspection done by Indyspect LLC, and had the privilege to work with Sean. Their scheduling and availability process was easy and felt like I was being sold what I was needed for a competitive price. Sean was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything he found in a clear and detailed way. Sean not only pointed stuff out but, made sure to explain what he was doing and we understood the responses he was giving us. Sean also was able to provide multiple options for how to address each situation, helping us feel informed and confident moving forward. His professionalism, knowledge, and patience made the entire inspection process smooth and stress-free. For …
