Just to order one part you have to fill out an entire sing up form just to find out they are surge pricing their shipping so you then have to cancel your order & figure out how to delete your information they make you input. You will literally pay 300% more on shipping than your actual part. This business is not worth it for individuals doing their own work.

Well let's start here I bought a torque converter normally $128 I get charged almost $300 including plus a core they drop off the torque converter it's the wrong one I call him back they said they can get me one daytime delivery they never come so in the meantime I order a pump gasket and a pump stator washer for a different transmission they come that night drop off the parts they'…

Terrible customer service. Transmission failed prematurely, within 5,000 miles. Took advice of Mike who was a fantastic sales representative to deal with, only to be told by Bill in warranty " He is just an order taker and isn't qualified to give suggestions" which voided the warranty. Call Jasper or any other company first.

I called all around town looking for a couple of parts. Dealers wanted insane pricing, and did not have them in stock, and no one else had them. Just stumbled upon these guys on the interwebs, and they had the parts I needed, in stock, and at a decent price. I picked them up and installed them the same day. My Jeep is shifting great now.

Great customer service, got some old timers in the back who are knowledgeable. Sold a tool that didn't fit not their fault supplier issue, but corrected it immediately, anything I've ever needed they got asap if they didn't stock it, fair pricing and less than 2mi from my house and they always put a couple of pieces of candy in the box for my kids.
