AutoTire Car Care Centers - Southport

I wish I didn’t have to frequent this business as often as I have, but grateful to have found an honest, transparent car repair shop. Good people that want to help and provide stellar customer service. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend this place enough! After a different mechanic shop told me I needed some expensive parts and labor over $1,000 to fix my air condition, Ive spent the last 3 summers sweating to death in my car. But Auto Tire fixed it for less than a third of that price and didn't try to get me to pay for parts I didn't need. In addition, they noticed my back rotors were very dirty so they cleaned them and didn't charge me a dime for it. I worked with Derrick who was the best person you could ever ask to work with...extremely nice and helpful. My mother spoke with Jordan who she said was also very helpful so thank you guys and also to whoever worked on my car! Go to Aut…

Came in because I had a striped stud on one of my wheels. Came back to pick my car up (only took an hour for them to do the job) and they tossed me my keys and didn’t charge me for the work! Nice guys and clean lobby. Will definitely be going here for all my tire/wheel needs from now on.

These folks were amazing!!! Derek was so helpful and kind. We were in town for a softball tournament and on our way down my dad got a screw in his tire. Of course everything was already closed for the evening. My dad was stressing!! I called Auto Tire first thing Saturday morning and they agreed to take a look and fix if they can, even though they were down an employee. We left it there and they fixed us up and had it ready by early afternoon Saturday. Highly recommend them!!

I absolutely love this AutoTire location. Every job they've done for me has turned out great, and they're done in a timely manner. Mark and the guys tell you all the facts up front and make good conversation if you're waiting on-site.
