My car was stolen from this Goodyear. I have used Goodyear on N Delaware a handful of times and been happy with their work. On 6/18 I used their overnight drop box for the first time. Roll Mobile service unit was very professional, courteous and prompt. In the future will use the Roll Mobile service as it was very convenient and timely. Plus it’s nice to see the work in action rather than driving to a brick and mortar store and play the blind wait game in the lounge. Really bad customer service, they don’t care about your time. They cancel the appointments you make online and reschedule them. I had to go twice because the first time they canceled my appointment. The people working there have a negative attitude and are arrogant, two different guys attended me in different days with bad attitude, just a lady working there is kind, but the rest never recommended…

Had a really good experience here. I made an appointment to get my tires replaced, they had my tires in-stock and were the same price in-person as they were online. The overall cost was the same as my online estimate. My technician and the front office staff were friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean, with plenty of elbow room.

I'm really shocked by all the negative reviews. I've been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. I came in today to get a tire repaired and I had a 430 appointment. I was in at 430 and 515 I was out the door. No problem no issues. They explained what the problem was and I was on my way. Hopefully no one else has a problem with this location.
