Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Yes, I pulled in for a check up on my transmission fluid and oil. I asked Peyton if he could check my transmission fluid firstHe told me just pop my hood and let him do his job. I feel like I’m the customer and if I want my transmission fluid checked FirstI think that’s what should happen.

Peyton helped me get my oil changed today and there were two other mechanics there helping as well. They were all kind, professional, and courteous. Work was done quick and I felt taken care of as a customer, will come back here next time I need work done. Thanks guys!

I don't know why I even try. The Valvoline on East Washington is one of the newer locations, so I thought I would have a better experience, but unfortunately, I did not. Tahj was awesome! Went in today to have oil removed after someone I loaned my car to over filled it. Fixed it right up for me super quick, so very thankful!

My technician Robert was very knowledgeable and overly helpful. I really hate going to get any kind of car maintenance due to not really knowing about cars, but Robert made sure I didn’t have a question unanswered. For a new location process was fast and efficient. I would give 10 stars if I could.
