It’s a scam. I pay $175 a month to park here and sometimes it doesn’t work to scan me out, and the assistance person will tell you to pay the $85 for lost ticket because “you aren’t on the list”. When clearly I am

03/11/24 - I was a bit leary of this place after seeing all the negative reviews but it was across the street from where we were going so we gave it a try. We didn’t have any problems. Quick in and park (6:30pm) and a couple of hours later quick pay (by card) and exit. No problems at all. Fee was $16.

It took us over an hour to get out of the parking garage. We were on level 5 and traffic was stopped. Unacceptable, especially for a Saturday night when the expectation will be that it's busy. If you can't handle the busy nights, shut the garage down.

Terrible garage. Elevators don’t work, pedestrian entrances are not well marked, signage says to pay in the 1st lobby elevator bank yet a POS kiosk does not exist. Finally gave up trying to find the kiosk and when getting to the gate in our car, the automated reader would not read the ticket that I got when we pulled in, making me pay for a lost ticket. The lights have been recently upgraded and are now much brighter, and they now accept credit cards at the checkout booth. Automated check-out machines are on the way. These upgrades addressed all of the complaints I previously had - I'm parking at Circle Block much more frequently now.
