Chevrolet Service Center

Mr Tommy Harris was great got my car stuff done quickly and helped me. But the person who made the difference for my visit was Ms. Christa. When I had to bring my car back because I still saw smoke she got in the car and road with me. She got the technician to come out and explain what was going on. I felt heard and seen when Ms. Christa did that. Thank you Service team but special thanks to Ms. Christa!!

Thank-You for the Professionalism you showed towards me while waiting for the repair of my Vehicle.

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the products. Great customer service!!!

Service has had my vehicle for three months has caught it on fire blown the break lines and is constantly giving me the run around to get my car back horrible service horrible experience everyday I get told tomorow for sure this company is Horrible and unreliable

Well sometimes I have to come in for warranty repairs. Warranty repairs have sometimes several stages of diagnosis. I had to have a rear shock absorber replaced. The part had to be ordered from Memphis and took almost 10 days to get to Indianapolis. After the part was installed when I picked up my vehicle I noticed the leaf springs were squeaking very bad.. nobody said nothing.. I'm not completely convinced we're inspecting these vehicles and being proactive to concerns that might result in and another repair needed.
