Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers Indianapolis

Matt worked me into their schedule when the rack and went on my truck while we were in the middle of a family emergency, they did have it for a bit longer then we first anticipated but stuff happens and he made sure my truck was fixed and road ready. Matt and his team where absolutely awesome and I'm so thankful for all their help during this rough time. Definitely recommend Matt and his team for all your vehicles needs

Great work. Impressed with how thorough they were in addressing the initial problem and finding other one that needed attention. Good prices. The front end guy and the mechanic personable. Have another issue to address definitely bringing it back here

Auto Lab was a huge help after our ball joint fell out driving down the interstate (coming from Vermont heading to Missouri). They not only worked with us, but worked this a shop that was paying for everything as we had tried getting it fixed back in VT. They were super helpful & professional and had stayed late to make sure our car was good and safe to continue driving to MO! Highly highly recommend!!!!

This was my first time using Auto-Lab for my vehicle's service, and I won't be going to anybody else after. Sean was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. He and his team got me right in, took care of my truck like it was their own, and beat all the competitors' prices. They earned my business and my loyalty.

The customer service and professionalism that I experienced here created the best experience that I have ever had at an auto repair business. Starting with my first interaction getting checked in I could tell that they would take good care of my car and they did so with honesty and integrity. I would recommend this business to anyone that wants to make sure their car is taken care of by the best professionals for a fair and honest price.
