Michigan Road Auto Center

Great service, good communication, and affordable prices.

Pathetic! Don you’re full of it and I’m ashamed to realize how many times I’ve taken my vehicle to you to consistently be overcharged! I needed a tuneup and you want to charge me $400 and then as fate would have it, not even a block down from you, I was charged $100!? I don’t know what your deal is but you’ll never get my business again. Your business practice needs a tuneup and btw I didn’t want to give you a star at all, it’s the only way I could leave a review!

11/10 would recommend. As a young woman I’ve never felt more comfortable in an auto shop! They were very upfront and honest in solving my problem. Don was so friendly and respectful, and talked with me most of the time I was in the shop. He let me know the honest truth of what he would do if it were his own car, and had great customer service. I was a bit skeptical because of the bad reviews but was desperate. They got me in and out same day and were absolutely great!

I have been going here for years. Don is honest and tries to save you money when he can. Very understanding and easy to work with. Prices are fair and reasonable. Work is always done in a timely manor. Lucky to have a dependable shop close to home.

This was my first time coming here. Looked it up online the night before, needed my muffler changed out. I came back after 2 hours when he’d have time and got my car in quick! This shop is super clean, very friendly staff, and very inviting. My regular mechanic passed away so his shop is closed indefinitely. I will be moving close to this area next month and will make this place my go-to shop when needed! I like it here! 5 STARS!!!
